Season 21 - Week 18

The Big Cat is on the prowl yet again.  Chester has pointed 3 times in the

previous 4 weeks, and not just any pointings, but two wins and a 3rd.  That's like Chuck Norris style pointing.  He took last week off but comes back with yet ANOTHER win in Week 18!  Congrats Chess!  

Crap, 3 wins and 4 pointings in the last 5 games, and it's enough to finally put him into... wait, still in 2nd?  Da fuq?

Huh, go figure, it's true.  

Despite 55 points in the last 5 weeks (which, bee tee dub is more than anyone outside of the top 8 has all season) he still has not claimed the top spot.  It helps that Padma notched a 4th this week, but it actually wasn't needed, she'd still be ahead by a point.  As it stands though, her lead is reduced from 15 to 6.  The. heat. is. on.

Remo has gone point-free for the last 9 games (only playing in 7 of them) but bags the 2nd and moves up a spot an into 3rd.

Allan U got 3rd, and he also moves up a spot into 4th.

What does that mean to a guy like me?  Booted down two spots to 5th is what it means.  So rude.

Nicole gets the hat trick with her third pointing in a row, this time the scrappy 5th.  And with it she takes the lead for the Las Flores Championship.

Dermo was the Bubble Boy, his league leading 4th of the season.

Week 17 winner... The Milkman!!!  He's been blanked for the last 4 weeks but

now pops back into the Top 9 into 8th place!  Congrats Eric!

Steven Earl, in only his 3rd showing of the season, grabs the 2nd spot.  String a few of those together and he could officially pull off the greatest run to the Final Table ever.

Jagu got 3rd, moves up into the 15th spot and is only 12 spots out of the Top 9.

Nicole gets her second 4th place in a row and is now tied with Mike in 13th, just 10 points out.

Allan U follows up last week's win with the scrappy 5th, staying in 5th overall, and Dermo was the Bubble Boy.

Season 21 - Week 16

Allan U takes down Week 16 and is only the third person to have multiple wins

this season (Padma with 3 and Chess with 2 are the other ones.)  It pops him back up from 10th to solidly in the Top 9 at 5th.  Congrats AU!

And looky here, its my man Amir!  Coming in with a hearty 2nd place and plopping back into the Top 9 at 8th!  Between the two of them, Amir and AU are responsible for pushing Allen Y and Jeremiah back out of the Top 9 for the week.

Chess follows up his back-to-back wins with a 3rd, and claims solo 2nd all to himself.  He's only 15 points out of first place.  It's been 5 weeks since anyone has been that close behind Padma.

Nicole gets a needed pointing with a 4th, and is only a win out of the Top 9 now, and JC gets 5th, needing it to retain 6th.  Padma was the Bubble Gal.
