BPC Season 13 - Week 22

As it stands though, its enough to vault him up into a 4 way tie for 3rd place and back into the Top 9 for the first time since Week 8. Way to deliver Milkman. (The standings below and in the sheet don't reflect the point he bought for the prior week he missed.)
Cayce bags 2nd place, and makes the same jump back into the Top 9 and in a tie for 3rd place!
Arjan pulls in the 3rd place and moves up 3 spots to 18th overall, and Rick got his 4th pointing in 8 tries with a 4th place.
And Team KarJackly does it again. Once again lead by Kelly, the team points for the 5th time in 6 weeks with a scrappy 5th place. That's 52 points in just 6 weeks, and almost as much as I have all season. And its also what they needed to set the new record for most points in a Mini-Season with 43, two more then the previous mark set by Fkamiah. Impressive. (If the Mini-Season would have started one week earlier, they would have had 49.)
Hee Hall was the Bubble Boy.
The only movement in the Race for the Dress was the sweat running down Steven's brow.
And that ends Mini-Season 4. We are officially in the home stretch now! With Week 21 and the start of the 5th and final Mini-Season upon us, its everyone's last chance to make one final charge. The KarJackly's are sort of running away with the overall lead, but even they are catch-able. (Editor's note: It's mathematically impossible for them to join the exclusive Club 99.) But more importantly, there's 6 people currently out of the Top 9 that are just a single win away. Heck, 4 of those people would not only be in the Top 9 with a win, they'd pull into 2nd place! And the people behind them only need a couple of strong pointings to pull off some great upsets.
Its wide open, time to make things happen...

And if all that weren't good enough, they've also locked in the win for Mini-Season 4. With a week left, they're guaranteed at least 41 points, which would tie them with the current record for a Mini-Season held by Fkamiah. With another pointing, the record will be all theirs.
Padma bags 2nd place, and claws her way back into the Top 9.
Jagu, after Judy-fying me and calling my Pkt Aces all the way down to catch his flush on the river, takes my chips and works them all the way to 3rd place. How can such nice people be so vicious? And after shoving the last two weeks with the nut flush semi-bluff, why can't I seem to get on the right end of these things? Poker sux. (Yeah, yeah, whine whine, b*tch moan. I think my voice raised a couple of octaves just typing that.)
Mike gets 4th for his 2nd pointing in a row, and extends his lead over last place Dresser Steven from 1 point to 6.
Nicole get her third 5th place of the season, and 4th pointing overall, and painfully Kurt was the Bubble Boy.
Only 6 weeks left in the season!!!! Time to get hot!!!

BPC Season 13 - Week 18

Mike had to sit and watch from the rail last week as Steven pointed in both games of the double header, moving ahead of Mike in the Best Dressed race. But Mike answers this week with a 2nd place finish, and pulls back ahead of Steven by a single point. This is getting good. Both are about 20 points out from 2nd place Chess and 3rd place Kurt, so with just a couple more strong pointings things can get even more interesting.
Nicole comes in with a 3rd place, her 3rd and strongest finish of the season.
Eric points for the 3rd week in a row with a 4th, and needs a 1st and a 2nd to hit for the cycle. Riding his rush, he's moved up and is knock knock knocking on the Top 9 door, a mere 3 points out. Eric should give many thanks to Julius, who basically doubled him up a few times in a row after moving tables.
Finally breaking a 7 week slump, I got the scrappy 5th place. Not enough to keep me in the Top 9 though. Crap.
Kelly of Team KarJackly was the Bubble Girl, just missing out on pointing 4 weeks in a row. No one else in the Top 9 pointed, so they hold on to the top spot.
With 8 weeks left we're coming down to the home stretch and its getting interesting. There's 7 people that are just 11 points out of the Top 9. Now is the time to get hot and make the move up!

Steven steps up to the challenge and points in both games of the double header, initially with a 4th place yesterday, and then with an outright win last night!!!! Well done Earl!!! And thanks for losing me a dollar. :(
He's slowly creeping up on the leader board, moving into 14th place overall, but more importantly he's established a 10 point lead over last place dresser, Mike. Still plenty of time, something tells me this one is going down to the underwire.
New guy Rick has his 3rd pointing in 5 games with a 2nd, thanks largely to the chips I donated to him, shoving all in with a nut flush draw against the only person on the table with more chips than me. Paging mister Pid, mister Stu Pid.
But the story of the day is Team KarJackly, and their MVP Kelly Kelly K-E-L-L-Y!!! She comes in with her 3rd pointing in a row with a 3rd place!!! Enough to take over first place overall!!! Macho.
Jeena wakes up from a 6 week slumber to take 4th and move up a spot, and The Milkman delivers in back to back weeks with a scrappy 5th.
Mike was the fart bubble. :(

Kelly has stepped in for Team KarJackly and has quickly become an impact player! She had a solid 3rd place finish in her first game last week, and follows it up last night by taking the whole thing down. Great job Kelly! Its a big win, big enough to move them up to solo 2nd place, just 5 points behind Julius. With 63 points and 9 weeks to go, they're guaranteed at least 72 points, which just may be enough to get them to the Big Show after landing on the bubble two seasons in a row.
Perennial Final Table Champ Jeff "Sponge Bob" Hall makes only his 5th appearance of the season, and sees just enough floppy doppies to take 2nd.
Eric gets 3rd place for his 3rd pointing of the season, and he moves up to 13th place and just 7 points out of the Top 9.
Potential cross-dresser Steven helps his cause out by grabbing 4th place points, and reduces the gap in the race for the dress to just 4 points behind Mike.
Jagu got the scrappy 5th, and Rick was the Bubble Boy.
9 weeks left, its still anyone's game!!!

Fkamiah takes it down, and prances up the leaderboard all the way up to 2nd place, tied with Chess and just 6 points behind Julius, who has been undisturbed alone in 1st place for a while now. Fkamiah typically saves his run to the top for the end of the season, but it looks like he started a bit early this year. If he can finish strong he'll be a threat to win the Points Championship.
Jagu has had a somewhat quiet season, but he breaks a 9 week slump with a 2nd place, and moves up to the Top 9 bubble spot in 10th, just 3 points behind, gulp, me. I'm riding a 5 week slump myself, and not liking it.
Kelly comes in with a 3rd place finish for Team KarJackly, and its good enough to move them back into the Top 9, just ahead of, gulp, me.
